If you've ever had Welch's Grape Juice, then you know the flavor profile that those grapes have. Or at least the Concord Grape Juice that I am referring to. Perhaps you are familiar with the deeply-hued purple grape jelly. In either case, I've tried Concord Grapes. I adored the flavor. And I loathed the seed. I understand why it is there.
